- Camp tuition + fee(s) is all-inclusive of field trips, activities, supplies, and snacks. Lunch is NOT included
Registration fee and camp tuition is due immediately upon registration to secure your child’s space within the camp (unless you elect a flex pay option then tution(s) are due on specified dates). All camp tuitions are refundable less the registration fee if cancelled before May 31st.

- Register and submit your registration fee beginning Feb 18th.
- Return required health & camp forms via email by the start of your selected session(s).
- Report to campsite location on the start of selected session(s) week posted on website.
Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions
Camp is better together that is why we want to reward your for your referral!
- To qualify for the referral credit, friends you refer must be NEW campers
- Referring family child must have already attended one full session of TYB summer camp
- Credit will be refunded to referring families account once the family you referred has completed their 1st camp session.
- Referring families may redeem one referral credit one time only per referral.
- New family MUST specify who referred them during registration process
- There is no limit to how much referral credit you can earn. Every new family you refer is another $15.
- Family members - including but not limited to brothers, sisters, cousins, or other relatives - are not eligible for the Refer-a-Friend program. Your referral cannot be your own or another TYB Camp registrant's sibling or household member.
Discounts apply to regular priced full day camp sessions (cannot be combined with Early Bird rates)

- Extended Day Hours Of Operation: 3:30pm - 5:45pm (latest pick up is 6:00pm)
- A late fee will be applied at $1.00/minute after 6:05pm.
- Fee must be paid before student us able to return to afterschool club.
- 3 late pick ups may be subject to student dismissal from the extended day program
- Days Of Operation:
- Option #1: Mon/Wed
- Option #2: Tue/Thur
- Option #3: Mon - Thurs
- Option #4: Mon-Fri
- 1 Session = 4 Weeks
- Sibling Discount: 20% off will be applied to one of the participant's fees. For example: If you enroll 5 days a week one of the children will be paying $325/mo and the other child will be paying $260/mo. Total amount to be paid by the parent or caregiver per month will be $585
- Small class sizes student to teacher ratio is 12:1
- All current and prospective employees, program partners, contractors, student teachers, interns, and volunteers must complete a criminal background check before providing services.
