Welcome to Next Gen Summer Camp Series 2025 the camp that takes hybrid learning to the next level. Our programs are like magic wands, bringing theory to life and showing how it shapes the world around us. But wait, there's more! We've got interactive games, hands-on explorations, and even sports skills enrichment to get everyone moving and grooving. Get ready for a journey beyond the books!


Each week your child will embark on a fun filled, action packed STEAM enriched experience that prioritizes hands-on discovery, experimental, exploration, inquiry-based learning that feel like games, & most importantly FUN! Campers then get to put their theories to practice as we make real world connections by exploring the city and communities around us


OUR SUMMER PROGRAMS: 


  • Next Gen Explorers: Two-Week Camp Plan: Exploring DC Through Movement, Health, and STEAM

This camp combines active outdoor exploration, STEAM enrichment, wellness activities, and community engagement to offer a rich, immersive experience for grades (K - 2nd) and (3rd - 4th)


  • Spark Early Learning Academy: This bridge to Pre K program is offered year round or just. summer. At SPARK is where STEAM meets play, growth, and active enrichment for our youngest dreamers Preschool, PK & PK4)

 We conduct FOUR BI-WEEKLY camp sessions. This allows time for kids to develop a sense of belonging, build friendships, and actively engage in activities.

INNOVATION STATION

Is meant to inspire the next generation of innovators and natural designers unplugged. Campers will explore robotics, and code both plugged and unplugged as they participate in a series of STEM challenges using everyday recycle or repurpose items and materials. Projects will spark imaginations as kids model famous inventors, and their curious minds. Campers uncover their natural ingenuity by exploring their surroundings, see how things work, and investigate cause and effect, increasing logic and


ELEMENTAL EXPLORATIONS

Campers will get creative exploring the great outdoors & use their imaginations to turn the things around them into much more. Campers will celebrate the many fascinating wonders about the wild outdoors by navigating nature, creek walks, wildlife, showing off their green thumb skills, and gardening. Additionally, we will explore fascinating facts about animals and elements of nature This dynamic exploration fosters a deep appreciation for the elements, making learning as fun as it is informative


SECRET AGENT HUB

Campers engage in a day full of fun hands-on secret agent activities allowing kids to play detective explore forensic science, sharpen their surveillance skills, crack encrypted messages, and practice teambuilding in scavenger hunts Campers need critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork to succeed. Most activities are conducted outdoors (as weather permits) in nature; giving students the knowledge and confidence to make their own decisions and


WEIRD SCIENCE COLLABORATORY

Campers will explore the wonderful world of science fantasies as they experiment with radical reactions, cosmetic chemistry, food science, unusual applications of glow in the dark technology, crazy concoctions, inspect properties of light and other astonishing experiments! Campers will stay engaged as each activity is sure to have lots of bubbles, fizzes, bangs, pops, and color changes! They will become mad scientists by exploring a variation of science & amazed by the concoctions they create!


THE ART FACTORY

This camp offers age-appropriate art exploration from around the world. Campers will explore many aspects of science behind unconventional art techniques. They put their entertainer skills to work using a variety of settings, songs, costumes, and imagination,. By the end of this workshop campers will see how science can help them become a more versatile artist!


SOUNDS LIKE SCIENCE

This camp identifies the many types of sounds. Campers will explore how sound is produced and how it can be manipulated to decrease the number of unpleasant sounds created by large items such as airplanes or vacuum cleaners. Students will design and construct various instruments using household items and recycled materials to put their level of understanding pitch, frequency, and vibrations to the test.


BRICKS LAB W/ LEGO INSPIRED ACTIVITIES

Bricks Lab creates an immersive world that uses a variety of the LEGO inspired curriculum and guided activities that will build kids knowledge of construction, architecture, and engineering. Each project delivers an experience that’s fun, educational and enriching for each child. Camper will build on LEGO experiences and connect hands-on fun projects to batteries and motors allowing their visions to come to life, while they learn practical ways to apply STEM concepts


GAME CHANGERS SUITE

This actvity blends the nostalgia of games & excitement of practical skills, creating a mesmerizing fusion of science and gaming. Kiddos will explore a variation of simulated and immersive experience using interactive projection & retro gaming (ie: video games, board games, with a focus on emulation, exploration, and projects). Activities are designed to provide a unique experience combining the thrill of video games & valuable STEAM skills as they design, build, and craft maker-sized versions o


NOSTALGIC BOARD & VIDEO GAME CHALLENGES

Students will explore a variety of retro gaming (ie: video games, board games, with a focus on programming, emulation, exploration, and projects. designed to provide a unique and immersive experience for students, combining the thrill of video games with the opportunity to develop valuable STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) skills.


IMAGINARIUM MILL

This zone is an arena for informal project driven, self directed workspace to tinker and create! It consist of multiple inquiry-based makerspace activity stations both indoor and outdoor where imaginations are encourage to run wild. Campers will engage in drawing, painting, illustration, crafts, multimedia and so much more! All activities encourage our little innovators to build their motor skills as they promote their creativity using a variety of recycled materials!

  • If you need to pick up early please reach out to your site lead prior to your arrival and we will have your kid ready to go when you arrive.
  • We are committed to accom

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Note: Cancellation request must be emailed to support@trainyourbrainproject.com by specified dates at 11:59 am to received indicated refund. No calls please! We do not provide credits for missed days once camp begins.


*DONT FORGET TO WRITE "REFUND REQUEST" IN THE SUBJECT LINE! 


IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES:

  • 100% refund: If fees have been paid out but cancellation is made on or before April 1st 11:59 pm, 100% of the balance will be refunded less the $30 registration fee . 


  • 50% refund, If fees have been paid out but cancellation is made after April 1st but on or before 15 days prior to EACH selected session(s), 50% of the balance will be returned less the $30 registration fee. 


  • No refund: If cancellation is made after April 1st and 14 days or less to selected session(s), a refund will not be issued or credited for cancellations or missed days.


  • We cannot provide refunds for not adhering to the behavior policy and potty training policy
